Jan. 4th, 2006 -- Following a December 14 announcement that prices would increase at SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa, Walt Disney World announced today that it would follow suit. The move leaves Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure as the two Orlando parks which have not raised prices.
Disney said that a one-day adult admission to one park would be $63 instead of $59.75 and the new price for a child under 10 would be $52. Prices for Florida residents will increase from $53.75 to $56.70.
Analysts predict that the Orlando parks will raise ticket prices over the next few weeks.
