Port Aventura new ride 2014Works are undergoing for Port Aventura’s new family attraction for 2014. Since the park’s official announcement for the ride several speculations on the net pointed to a water attraction (coaster or water splash battle). However, according to our sources it will be a watercoaster (a roller coaster that combines stretches of water to dry), constructed by German company Mack rides and will also become the highest in Europe. The water coaster will be much higher than the one’s at Europa Park, Aquashow or even the top ride at brazilian park Mirabilandia that has a height of 60 meters (see the prediction of a fan in this video and the constructions works diary in this one). The ride will be located right next to Shambhala and will be included in Polynesia land.
